Background:
DI was commissioned by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (“JICA”) as a consultant to work on data collection and fundamental research to match the demand of developing countries with private sector technologies for achieving carbon neutrality, a global mega-trend emerging in developing economies.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the challenges and needs surrounding low-carbon transitions in developing countries, assess the potential of startups to tackle the issues involved, and create a new framework for public-private partnerships based on relevant project findings.

- Supported technology companies with Product-Market Fit (PMF) and formulated entry strategies.
