Background:
To illustrate, our teams in Vietnam provided consulting support to two venture companies in a 3-month program focusing on both business and impact strategy. The first company, ‘Tepbac,’ offers AI-based management software and IoT hardware for aquaculture. During the product-market fit phase, the company’s business model was validated by a high adoption rate of 80% among farmers and a 6% increase in farmers’ income. The second company, ‘Wecare 247,’ aims to create a booking platform for patients and caregivers. Following the product-market fit phase, patient satisfaction increased by 65%, and the tech platform effectively facilitated market demand with high acceptance rates from patients. Both companies demonstrated positive social impact within their respective industries.
