Associate Manager

We are seeking an Associate Manager to drive consulting engagements focused on market entry, growth strategy, business transformation, and strategic partnerships across India and Japan.

Strategy Consulting

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead consulting projects from initial scoping to final recommendations.
  • Conduct market assessments, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis.
  • Develop growth strategies, market entry plans, and business cases.
  • Manage senior client stakeholders, workshops, and presentations.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation.
  • Proven ability to manage consulting engagements independently.
  • Direct experience working with CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Background & Qualifications

  • Consulting or corporate strategy experience at leading tech or industrial firms.
  • MBA and/or Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 college preferred.
  • Fluent written and verbal English.
