Dream Incubator (DI) was founded in 2000 by Koichi Hori - entrepreneur, investor and former BCG Japan president - and became listed in 2002. DI is headquartered in Tokyo and has offices in Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia and India.
Since our inception, through strategy consulting and investment, we have pursued our vision to support development in Asia.
We utilize internal and external resources to invest in and help local startups which aim to change the world.
DI has invested in more than 180 startups, of which 30 have gone public till date.
DI TokyoDI invests in Indian startups through its newly established India-specific fund - DI India Digital Fund I - with participation from external LPs.

We typically invest in early stage startups with USD 250 K - 1.5 M as the first check. We participate in follow-on rounds for investees which have achieved successful business plan implementation.
