Beyond providing financial investment in local companies, our consultants developed new business strategies during the PMI period to help transform the business models of portfolio companies.<\/p>\n<p>For example, we successfully converted the business model of a medical equipment distribution company from a distribution-oriented approach to a finance-leasing model.
